Valentine's Day Celebration at Left Bank Brasserie Menlo Park
On Valentine's Day, Thursday, February 14, Left Bank Brasserie in Menlo Park will be open from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM serving their regular à la carte lunch menu and, for dinner, a $65.00 three-course prix fixe menu with a glass of sparkling wine to start that includes main course choices of Duck a la Vanille with pan roasted duck breast, savory brioche bread pudding, braised escarole, and vanilla gastrique; Filet Mignon, a pan roasted 6 oz. filet mignon with crème fraîche potato purée and red wine braised shallots; Pan Seared Day Boat Scallops with grilled asparagus, goat cheese crumbles and saffron emulsion; Lamb Shank with smashed potatoes and Swiss chard; and Salmon with braised endive and Meyer lemon confit vinaigrette. All prix fixe items will be available à la carte and a reduced regular à la carte dinner menu will also be offered. Prices exclude tax and gratuity. Every couple dining at the restaurant for dinner will receive complimentary rose.
