Utopia Theatre Project kicks off their second season with Dêmos Krátos Theátro, an evening of short plays that address the topic of democratic engagement in our current political climate. Four Bay Area playwrights explore what it means to be a citizen of a democracy, drawing inspiration from Ancient Greece, the birthplace of Democracy and Theatre. Their incisive works are joined by satirical music and movement performances. Conceived by Utopia Artistic Director Maryssa Wanlass.
