Looking at the top 100 ATP rankings approximately 73% men are from Europe, where 50 are from Western and 23 from Eastern Europe. European, particulary Eastern European style is based on making tennis training fun but also at the same time placing a lot of emphasis on hard work. Improvement is based on having a lot of passion for the sport, showing drive for success and also ability to follow the directions. Overall training should also include technical, tactical and physical components.
