Urban Tavern to Host Flanagan Winery Wine Dinner
Urban Tavern in downtown San Francisco will host a $125.00 family style prix fixe Flanagan Winery wine paired dinner on Saturday, June 7 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the restaurant's Morgan Room. The winery's owner/wine maker will be in attendance.
The menu for the evening, prepared by Urban Tavern Executive Chef Sergjio Shantoja, will include heirloom tomato, avocado, grilled asparagus and burratta; seared sirloin, pea tendrils and gremolata; sardine gratiné, chicories, raisins and pine nuts; and a special dessert.
