Sharon and Joe Carollo opened the doors to Upper Crust Pizza & Pasta in April 1979 on Mission St in Santa Cruz. For the 30 years that followed, Upper Crust Pizza & Pasta has been specializing in authentic Sicilian square pizza and homemade pasta dishes.
