Discussion with Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O'Malley & Screening of the Spanish version of the award winning documentary, Not My Life
With the Special Participation of the Mexican Consul General
This event is co-sponsored by the Consulate General of Mexico, San Francisco Collaborative Against Human Trafficking, UNICEF-USA and Jewish Coalition to End Human Trafficking in collaboration with other consulates of Latin American countries in the Bay Area.
Join the Mexican Consul General, Honorable Gemi Gonzalez, and Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O'Malley for a discussion about the local criminal justice and community response to the modern-day slavery happening in our own back yard. Learn about ways to prevent this heinous crime and help the victims. The discussion will be followed by a screening of the Spanish version of the award winning documentary Not My Life.
Admission is free. Light refreshments will be served.
