Union Square Foundation's Mingle & Jingle Annual Holiday Fundraiser Presented By Build Group
Join the Union Square Foundation in partnership with the Union Square Business Improvement District for our Mingle & Jingle Annual Holiday Fundraiser on December 7, 2017 from 6-9pm at the Golden Gate Tap Room located at 449 Powell St.
Come support the Union Square Cares Program and the Union Square Downtown Streets Team as you enjoy drinks, heavily passed appetizers, a raffle, live music and other special performances!
About Our Union Square Cares Progam
Anchoring our Union Square Cares initiative for a cleaner and safer community, we’ve expanded our partnership with the Downtown Streets Team, an innovative workforce nonprofit organization that provides dignity through employment and a path out of homelessness. Daily sweeps, trash removal and needle collections has generated 6,000 lbs. of debris. And, since August 2016, when we launched the Union Square Downtown Streets Team, 15 out of the 36 team members have received full-time employment and 9 team members are in permanent housing.
