Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony are natural expressions of the unifying principle of Existence. They provide ideal support for uniting the body, mind, and feelings so that they work together, revitalizing us and increasing our receptivity and enhancing our ability to become more balanced, present, and available in our daily lives.
Join us for this opportunity to immerse yourself in the nonjudgmental atmosphere of Breema. Jon Schreiber, Director of the Breema Center and author of many books about Breema, teaches during the Intensive along with a group of highly experienced Breema instructors, many of whom use Breema in a variety of professions.
CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs. LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs.
Can't make it to the Breema Center?
Although we'd love to have everyone join us in person at the Breema Center to experience giving and receiving Breema bodywork, we're excited to offer an online opportunity to bring the atmosphere of the Intensive to your day. We'll be streaming Self-Breema classes daily Sunday through Wednesday.
