We'll visit Chileno Valley Ranch in Petaluma where you'll pick as much as you like of their incredible selection of apple varieties before heading back to Cavallo for an apple-filled lunch prepared by the Cavallo Cooking School Staff! We'll even send you home with a recipe packet full of our favorites dishes containing your freshly plucked treasures!
