Come join us for an evening of meditation to connect with yourself and others, led by Aileen Kucsera, an integrative provider, with years of experience teaching and practicing meditation. Come learn about the benefits of meditation, and practice basic mindfulness meditation skills, guided imagery meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation together. No meditation experience needed.
