Creating Happiness: The Laws of Karma
When we find ourselves immersed in problems, we often ask: Why me? But do we have an answer? Do we feel unlucky? Do we feel that we've been dealt an unfair hand?
Using the laws of karma, rather than running from unhappiness, we learn to abandon its causes. Rather than chasing happiness, we learn to create it.

The principles of karma, cause and effect, explain how we can change our experience of the present, heal the past, create a better future and a thriving self.
Nov 8: Applying Karma to Create Your Experiences
Buddha's teachings on the laws of karma give us a clear and practical explanation on why things happen the way they do, and how we can begin to gently change our experiences from not so great to fantastic. Or at the very least, better.
Nov 15: Crafting Your Future with The Laws of Karma
Rather than seeking happiness, we learn to create it. Rather than running from unhappiness, we learn to abandon its causes. Understanding karma puts you in the driver's seat of your life.
Nov 22: Purifying Past Negativity
We can purify even minor annoyances such as interferences in our daily routine, or the discontent that underlies so much of our life, through purifying non-virtuous karma accumulated in previous lives through no fault of our own.
Nov 29: Creating Good Karma, Good Fortune
Through cultivating a kind heart with a good motivation, we can create huge good karma, or good fortune. It is more meritorious to give a few crumbs to birds with the motivation of your compassion than it is to give material things out of attachment.
