Guests will be served a four-course seasonal menu from Executive Chef Jose Mendoza, paired with the bold, expressive wines of Hope's flagship label, Austin Hope, while enjoying views of the Pacific Ocean. Hope representatives will be present to guide each pour. The prix fixe meal is priced at $130.00 per person excluding fees, tax, and gratuity.
