This TriYoga program, with Yogini Kaliji and assisted by Nandi and Tarini, is for TriYoga teachers or those who want to deepen their practice. The weekend will include Yogaflow, New Kriyas, Q&A on Sadhana, TriYoga Therapeutics, Anatomy in the Flow, Expand Teaching Skills and Teaching Opportunities, Nada Yoga, Prana Vidya, and Jnana. Preregistration required. Reduced fee for KRIYA members. There will be a vegan dinner on Saturday at 6pm.
