Vittorio, like so many other bambini, picked up on the nuances of life in the kitchen, next to his mother. Not only did she teach him about food and cooking, but she also taught him to share its nourishment with others. Those lessons have served him well in his many years in restaurant management. For more than 15 years, Vittorio has traveled the world honing his skills as a front-of-the-house specialist, waiting for the appropriate time to create his vision of his own dining space.
Vittorio is back in the West Portal neighborhood that first welcomed him—a place where he knew he would one day return to open his own place.
