Trans Magick is a virtual 6-week immersive course for Trans and gender non-conforming people of all genders wishing to deepen their magickal toolkit.
To be a Trans or gender non-conforming person is to be a shapeshifter, the possessor of a special, brilliant magick. Historically, Trans people have been the seers and visionaries, healers, celebrants of ceremony and ritual, officiants who blessed weddings and births and laid the dead to rest, the keepers and teachers of spiritual principles, the mediators between partners, tribe and nation, the human world and the spirit world.
?Due to the oppressions we know all too well, many of us have lost touch with our ancestral gifts. How do we regain access to our unique powers, bringing into being what we want for ourselves and our world? How do we move beyond orphanhood, into full presence and claim the powerful magick of being Trans?
?In this class we begin the specific practice of Trans Magick. Together we deepen into embodied wisdom of the magick of trans bodies, and we learn to Tranifest our desires.
You will learn magickal techniques including:
~Grounding in a Trans body
~Spellcrafting and Tranifestation
~Divination and communing with the bright and well Transcestors
~Establishing energetic boundaries and protection
~Creating magickal space
~Ritual technology
All held within a Trans context. This class is body-positive, kind, and dedicated to your deepest wellness.
Each class is structured as a ritual, and includes practical ritual and magickal skills, as well as follow-up homework. Logistically, we meet online via video for two hours, once a week for six weeks. There will be an interactive facebook group for the class.
?Our class environment will be supportive and a safe space for diverse experiences, welcoming both beginning students, and more practiced students. This class is a great way to connect with other Trans people exploring magick and witchcraft. ? This class is for students who identify as Trans, gender non-conforming, genderqueer, non-binary or in some meaningful way not cis-gender.
Trans Magick begins Feb. 15 and continues for six weeks through March 22. Class meetings are Thursday evenings 5-7 PM Pacific, and will be recorded for those who cannot attend, though attendance is recommended. Tuition is $250, with need-based sliding scale available between $250 -$160. Message explaining your need for sliding scale, state how much you can pay, and I can provide you with a registration code.
There is one full scholarship available for this class available for a Trans woman of color.
