April 5 - May 4: Fri. and Sat. @ 8 p.m. (and 2 p.m. on April 27 and May 4); Sun. @ 5 p.m.
Time Sensitive is an original play by Amy Sass that combines clockwork choreography, rhythmic fugue and melting ice into a fantastical tale that urgently asks: How do we hold a moment if we constantly crave the next big thing?
Set in the near future, "when the City has swallowed the world, the day and the night, the tides and the seasons," Time Sensitive is a dark fantasy with several intersecting storylines including a Clockmaker and his "Clockwork Kid" invention, a pregnant mid-level office manager, a pair of street urchin thieves and a lonely, corporate tycoon.
Originally created in workshop with Ragged Wing Ensemble five years ago, this new production features a collaboration with climate artist and ice sculptor Carter Brooks and immersive scenic design by Jean-Francois Revon.
