After months of planning, the America's Cup finally arrives this week with the first official local regatta before the finals are held next summer. Stern Grove Festival says goodbye to its 75th Anniversary Season while Speakeasy Brewery celebrates 15 years of craft brews in San Francisco with food trucks, local music and $3 beers. J-Pop Summit Festival organizers are expecting 70,000 fans of Japanese pop culture over the weekend and local skaters and chili chefs face off at Potrero del Sol Skatepark at Toad & Salmon's Chili Bowl Cook Off and skate contest. Rock the Bells brings the biggest hip hop party of the year to Shoreline Amphitheatre and Burner Bon Voyage hosts a pre-Playa party at Public Works.
