Burning Man buzz builds this week with two events that should help burners get into the right headspace before the official party starts later this summer. Precompression 2.0 brings three performance areas and multiple rooms for art and info on theme camps to Sound Factory while Pink Mammoth's Camp Fundraiser takes advantage of daytime hours for a party at Mighty with Playa Punch and much more. International DJ star Avicii goes big with his arena tour that stops at the Civic Auditorium and Freeform vs. Dubalicious celebrates with a Relaunch Party. Oysterfest returns with a new location at Golden Gate Park featuring Young the Giant, Minus the Bear and more, and Sunday Streets is back in the Mission. What organizers call the largest made-in-America event in the country arrives with Unique SF and Folk Yeah! partners with California Academy of Science for Gallery Crawl Nightlife.
