Super Bowl Parties, Cocktails and Macworld
There are few events bigger in the sporting world than the Super Bowl, and with the 49ers in the big game this year, venues across the city are rolling out the red and gold carpet for Super Bowl Parties. But before football mania and victory celebrations take over the city, local indie rockers Geographer are at The Fillmore for their first headlining gig there and Dengue Fever is back at The Independent. Porter Robinson turns up the bass at The Warfield and Obey The Kitty welcomes Miss Kittin. Expect big crowds of Apple fans near Moscone Center for Macworld/iWorld and mixologist H. Joseph Ehrmann holds a clinic on crafting cocktails with magnolias and organic spirits at Magnolia Mixology. Omnivore books welcomes celeb-restaurateur and Vice personality Eddie Huang back to SF and Matthew Dear performs free with RSVP at 1015 Folsom.
