What common mistakes to avoid in relating to the opposite sex!People often approach relationship from a mental perspective. Instead the class will be about getting out of your head, transcending your psychology, getting into your body and relating to the opposite sex from there. Come prepared for a mixture of discussion, activities and mild yoga postures designed to increase and move energy in your body.
