Please join us for an evening with legendary writer and world traveler Don George as we celebrate the publication of his new book, The Way of Wanderlust—the first collection of his own articles and tales from his 38-year career as a travel writer. We'll travel with Don around the world as he spins stories spanning four decades of adventures, from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to exploring the jungle temples of Cambodia, experiencing a life-changing epiphany in France and falling in love in Japan.
We’ll be gathering at the newly reopened Officers’ Club in San Francisco’s Presidio, listed in National Geographic Traveler as one of this year’s must-see places. Guests are warmly invited to attend a reception before the event to enjoy appetizers, drinks, and views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
