A Sound Mandala is a meditative journey into the power of sound for healing, well-being and rejuvenation.  Your sound bath experience will encircle you in healing frequencies that bring balance and harmonization to the body, mind and spirit as you rest comfortably, either lying down or seated.
BENEFITS:

Calm your body’s stress cycle
Boost your natural opiates
Rest and restore your nervous system
Connect with a deep sense of inner peace and well-being
Enjoy an internal journey that is visionary and expansive
Feel greater self-attunement and more “tuned in” to life
Experience a blissful trance-like state equivalent to a good night’s sleep

The Sound Mandala Experience will immerse you in an intriguing array of sounds from an extraordinary ensemble of sound meditation instruments:

Over 30 singing bowls - A rare and beautifully resonate set of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls that offer specific sound healing frequencies to support a deeply restorative experience.
Five Gongs (including three Planetary Healing Gongs) that offer a rich blend of overtones and harmonic layers of sound
An assortment of soundscapes and ancestral sound healing instruments, including Peruvian Whistling Vessels, chimes, flutes and more

A Sound Mandala is a one of a kind experience that you won’t want to miss!
"Loriel creates an atmosphere that is beautiful, powerful and sublime with a wide range of rare instruments ... you really feel like you've been immersed in a vibrant mandala of sound!"  - William Beasley
"After my experience I felt very connected to myself and everything around me.  I really felt at ease and at peace." - Claire Caprio

IMPORTANT:
What to bring – Please make sure to bring a blanket or yoga mat (or both) to use for a cushion beneath you when you lie down. Body temperatures can drop when experiencing relaxation; so, we highly recommended that you bring an extra blanket to cover yourself.  We want you to stay warm and comfortable!   A pillow for your head or under your knees, a covering for your eyes and a water bottle are additional items that can support your comfort.
What to wear - Comfortable clothing with layers that can provide warmth as needed.
