Snow Queen, written by Stacey Lane and directed by NCTC Conservatory Director Stephanie Temple.
A winter wonderland awaits in this magical adventure, adapted from the same Hans Christian Andersen tale as Disney’s Frozen. When the cold-hearted Snow Queen breaks her magic mirror, shards of cursed glass are used as weapons to turn people into the worst versions of themselves. It is up to Gerd to rescue his best friend Kay armed only with a Gypsy's jar of warm wishes and giggle-inducing snickerdoodles.
The Snow Queen plays Saturdays & Sundays at 2pm & 4pm, February 9-17, 2019 in NCTC’s Theatre 3.
Tickets are $10 for students, $15 for adults, and are available at nctcsf.org or by calling (415) 861-8972.
