The Shops at Tanforan, a regional shopping center in San Bruno, California (https://www.theshopsattanforan.com), invites the public to take part in the second annual San Bruno Community Services Department "Jinxed Joyride." People are invited to decorate their cars for Halloween, load up their family, and cruise down to the parking lot on the top level of the Target garage at The Shops at Tanforan from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 28th. After arriving, guests will take a joyride through Halloween-themed displays occupied by spooky community partners and businesses ready to delight each visitor with tricks and treats.
