The Second Annual Health Trust HIKE & BIKE is the signature Silicon Valley event that raises HIV/AIDS awareness and much needed funds for services in Santa Clara County. This one-of-a-kind 4-mile walk and 33-mile bike ride is a non-competitive community event sponsored by the Health Trust and hosted by Santa Clara University’s Public Health Program.
The event unites people in the fight against HIV and AIDS, expresses support for those living with it, and remembers those who have passed away from it. The number 33 carries throughout the event to recognize 33 years of fighting the spread of HIV and AIDS and 33 years of helping people live longer and better lives with HIV and AIDS.
