Come one, come all to the first-ever Pussy Prologues!
Inspired by Eve Ensler's 1996 Vagina Monologues production, Pussy Prologues is an updated variety show featuring performances about the diverse and complicated experiences we each have with vaginas. All performances have been written and will be performed by members of The Center SF extended community.
100% of ticket proceeds will benefit the Transgender Law Center and SAHR (Strategic Advocacy for Human Rights), nonprofits promoting justice for Womxn and the LGBT+ community in the Bay Area and around the world.
Through monologues, music, interpretive dances and more, the Pussy Prologues will address everything from loving vaginas to hating vaginas; wanting and demanding sex to confronting perpetrators of assault; learning how your pussy will look to curiosity about how a pussy smells, and then some. Dive back into the womb with us, laugh and cry with us, and then re-emerge and stick around to sing and dance with us into the night.
Early bird tickets available through February 7th - $20
