The Patio by Alexander's Steakhouse to Host an Alfaro Family Vineyards Dinner. The Patio by Alexander's Steakhouse in San Francisco will be hosting a Alfaro Family Vineyards wine paired dinner on Thursday, March 25 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Guests will be able to enjoy on a beautifully appointed patio a $165.00 four-course tasting menu from Executive Chef Eric Upper accompanied by exclusive wine pairings from the cellar of Alfaro Family Vineyards chosen by Head Sommelier Sean Widger. Winemaker Ryan Alfaro will be in attendance to speak about his family's organic farming methods. Since 1997, they have been making wines with grapes from the Santa Cruz Mountains region best known for world class chardonnay, pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon.

The menu will include a Lil Gem Salad with avocado, white balsamic vinaigrette and Persian cucumber paired with a Gruner Veltliner, La Playita Vineyard 2019; Dungeness Crab with white asparagus and finger lime with a Chardonnay, Trout Gulch Vineyard 2019; Casoncelli Stuffed Pasta with confit wagyu, pistachio and Parmigiano with a Pinot Noir, Trout Gulch Vineyard 2018; and an 8-ounce Creekstone Filet with Alfaro Cabernet onions and Bordelaise sauce with a Cabernet Sauvignon, Bates Ranch 2017.
