The Patio by Alexander's Steakhouse to Host a Buffalo Trace Distillery Lunch. The Patio by Alexander's Steakhouse in San Francisco will be hosting a Buffalo Trace Distillery Lunch featuring Weller and Pappy Van Winkle on Sunday, March 14 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Guests will be able to enjoy on a beautifully appointed patio a $220.00 whiskey paired four-course tasting menu designed by Chef Eric Upper and hosted by Sazerac Brand Ambassador Shane Moniz and Alexander's Steakhouse Bar Director Nicholas Bonney. These experts will present Sazerac brands information with a focus on Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Sazerac Rye, Weller 12-year Wheated Whiskey and Pappy Van Winkle 12-year Lot B.

The menu will include a Beet Salad with avocado, beet gazpacho, apple and a Buffalo Trace vinaigrette paired with a Just Beet It cocktail made with golden beets, Buffalo Trace bourbon, cassis noir, egg white and lime; Risotto with artichoke and a Sazerac reduction paired with a Call of the Wild with Sazerac, blackberry liqueur, lavender, Cynar, artichoke amaro, rosemary and lemon; Filet of Beef with Weller butter and Brussels sprouts with Weller 12-year wheated whiskey; and Dulce De Leche with Pappy Van Winkle 12-year lot B.
