The Mountain Winery University returns with a class that explores some inexpensive summer sparkle that won't break the bank. In this class, participants will sample and evaluate five different Sparkling Wines using the four-step approach to wine tasting: sight, aromas, flavors, and structure. The recommended prerequisite for this class is Wine Tasting Basics, Discovering Zinfandel, Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc.
