The Mountain Winery University returns with a class that examines Rose Wines and cheese pairing. In this class, participants will learn about the unique process in wine making and viticulture, receive an introduction to the history of the distinctive styles of Rose wines and how they have evolved, and sample and evaluate five Styles of Rose Wines paired with cheese. The recommended prerequisite for this class is Wine and Cheese Paring or Wine Tasting Basics.
