The Mountain Winery University series continues "Flavor Components," a class in which attendees will begin by perusing samples of the real world equivalents of wine aromas, learning about the wide variety of much beloved fruits, herbs, and spices. Sommelier Cal Blitman will conclude the class by guiding attendees through a wine tasting of Mountain Winery wines, giving them the opportunity to use their newly developed sense memory to describe what is in the glass.
