The #MindfulStart Meditation Challenge

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Reflect on how you want to begin the New Year. What comes to mind? If you’re aiming for less stress and anxiety and more calm, clarity, and community, then join us for a #MindfulStart to 2018.
Mindfulness is proven to reduce stress, and increase concentration & happiness. Starting January 22nd, our teachers will guide the #MindfulStart community through a journey anchored in four meaningful themes.


Week 1: Awareness: discover how your mind operates and what you can do to shift your thought patterns, lessening anxiety and creating peacefulness.


Week 2: Love: create space in your mind and heart for love to take root and flourish, for yourself and for the people in your life.


Week 3: Gratitude: discover and enjoy the gifts life is giving you in each moment, consciously choosing how you see the world around you.


Week 4: Acceptance: meet your life fully, embracing both the good and the bad, and discover the ease that comes with it.


Sit With UsClasses take place weekday mornings at WITHIN (415 Jackson Street in San Francisco, just a few blocks from the Financial District). Choose your commitment based on special packages we’ve designed with you in mind. All #MindfulStart packages come with access to a private Facebook community and daily inspiration from WITHIN. Sign up by January 15th to take advantage of early bird pricing.


The Connection Package: unlimited month of meditation classes, choice of wellness coaching session with WITHIN co-founder Hannah or goal-setting session with co-founder Megan, and a special invitation to a day-long meditation retreat on February 10, 2018. $180. Early Bird Pricing: $165


The Clarity Package: unlimited month of meditation classes and choice of wellness coaching session with WITHIN co-founder Hannah or a goal-setting session with co-founder Megan. $90.  Early Bird Pricing: $75


The Calm Package: 4-pack of meditation classes (1x week). $45.  Early Bird Pricing: $40

You’ll receive a confirmation email with access to the private Facebook group and follow-up materials to help you prep for #MindfulStart.
Every week, you'll choose the classes that work with your schedule to connect with the #MindfulStart community and the theme of the week.


Every day of the challenge, you'll have access to ideas to deepen your meditation practice and infuse your life with mindfulness through the #MindfulStart private Facebook community.
