Our Fitness Boot Camp is an indoor and outdoor experience which blends traditional strength training with conditioning, athletic drills, cardio, and flexibility training with the ultimate goal of a higher level of fitness in only 4 weeks. The side effect is weight loss, toning, higher self esteem, better nutrition habits and much more.
Personal Training with Pro Personal Trainers
Most one-on-one personal training sessions are held at our private studio. Other sessions are held at several other locales including an outdoor track, beach and hill locations.
