The Historic Linekin Building is a Queen Anne Victorian built in 1893 by Leander Linekin, a prominent Hayward resident and hardware store owner. The building was rehabilitated in the 1990's and converted to offices. A number of professionals have their offices in this lovely space. All professionals in our building are independent practitioners.
The building features 3 therapy offices, a law office, a "great room", and a small conference room. Office space may be available to rent to psychotherapists or similar professionals by the month/day (for example, every Tuesday for the month), depending on availability.
