We all thrive when we have friends. That's true in good times, but when life presents challenges, having meaningful friendships is even more crucial.
This monthly online class explores how Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony help friendships flourish.
We'll look into questions like:
What makes friendships more meaningful?
What supports new friendships, and keeps long-standing ones resilient?
How can family members or colleagues become our friends?
We'll look into how Breema, Self-Breema, and the Nine Principles of Harmony--especially the principle of Mutual Support--help create and nurture friendships in many areas of our lives, and there will be time for questions and answers.
We'll also practice lots of Self-Breema to support aliveness and body-mind connection.
Please wear stretchy clothing including long pants, and have a space with a carpet, yoga mat, or other padding, so you can comfortably participate.
CE available: 1.0 hours
