The Heart Opens in the Moment: Helping Friendships Flourish

at Online - Virtual Event (12:00 PM)
Tuesdays, May 11, 18, 25, 12:00-1:00pm PT

We all thrive when we have friends. That's true in good times, but when life presents challenges, having meaningful friendships is even more crucial.

The focus of this online class is how Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony help friendships flourish.

In this 4-week series, we'll explore questions like:
What makes friendships more meaningful?
What is my responsibility to my friends?
What supports new friendships, and keeps long-standing ones resilient?
How can family members or colleagues become our friends?

We'll look into the role of Breema, Self-Breema, and the Nine Principles of Harmony-especially the principle of Mutual Support-in creating and nurturing friendships in many areas of our lives, and there will be time for questions and answers.

We'll also practice lots of Self-Breema to support aliveness and body mind connection.

The exercises sometimes include kneeling, and occasionally lying down on the floor, so please wear comfortable clothing, and have a space with a carpet, yoga mat, or some padding, so you can comfortably participate.

CE available: 1.0 hours
The Breema Center is approved to offer continuing education for massage practitioners and bodyworkers by the NCBTMB (#145251-00). If you're interested in CE for this class, please email [email protected] for important details.

Presented live via Zoom. For more info and to register: breema.info/friendship

No Charge.
