Wendy Chuah, yoga instructor and owner of One Deep Breath Yoga, will guide you through a blissful 30min yoga class and teach you mindful poses to assist your body in the healing process.
Wendy from One Deep Breath Yoga will be teaching a well-rounded all-levels flow yoga class. This session will incorporate light meditation and breathing techniques to cultivate mindfulness, as well as posture sequences to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mats and all experience levels welcome. Wendy specializes in teaching corporate and private sessions in the Bay Area and hosts yoga fun events such as Vino + Vinyasa and Yoga + Mimosas in San Francisco.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We suggest either Uber or Lyft. There is street parking but very limited. However, there are two parking garagues in the neighborhood. One is located next to Wells Fargo Bank (Laguna/Union)
