THE FUTURE OF POLICE REFORM: SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT ATTORNEY CHESA BOUDIN

SEE EVENT DETAILS
San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin's first six months in office have been some of the most historic in the role's history. He implemented many policies aimed at lowering incarnation rates and providing justice in a historically unjust system. This includes eliminating the cash bail system that unfairly affects people of color, ending "pretextual" traffic stops, and stopping gang enhancements.

The murder of George Floyd has sparked a momentous wave of protests and calls for police reform across the country. D.A. Boudin has responded by doubling down on his efforts to reduce racial disparity, as he understands that people of color are disproportionately affected by crime and police brutality. Join DA Boudin at INFORUM, where he will discuss police accountability, his role in the future of police reform in San Francisco and this pivotal time in American culture.
