The Five Animal Frolics Qigong

SEE EVENT DETAILS
The Five Animal Frolics Qigong is one of the oldest Qigong regimens in the world. Said to be created by the legendary doctor Hua Tuo, over 1500 years ago, this Qigong combines spirit and action to imitate five animals and corresponding representative states of consciousness: Tiger, Deer, Monkey, Bear and Bird. It can be practiced in very little space. It can be practiced one animal at a time, for specifics needs or as a complete regimen.

Ted Mancuso, with over 40 years experience teaching traditional Chinese Martial Arts and Energetics will be teaching this delightful routine as the last in this summer's Sunday Qigong series. The Five Animal Frolics, like the others, follows Traditional Chinese medical principles for health and well-being in body, mind and spirit.
