Turning Water into Something Drinkable - A slowcoast brewery featuring specialty brews and scenic views in historic Pescadero, CA! Spend a relaxing summer afternoon on the patio grooving to The Crooked Road Céilà Band, Irish music played in the spirit of the tradition.
Highway 1 Brewing Company opened in February of 2013 with the goal of sharing love of great beer and food with the local public, while enjoying the amazing Pacific ocean views. We specialize in creating unique food and beer combinations, incorporating flavors and small plates that most would not think of. And we feature local ingredients, grown right next door at the local farms along scenic coastal route 1, so our menu of brews and bites change with the seasons to keep things as local and fresh as possible and always exciting.
Outdoor seating is available in our Beer Garden on Saturdays & Sundays (weather permitting) and is dog friendly when open.
