For Indoor Mega Events: Patrons and staff two years old and older must show proof, before entering the facility, that either (1) they are Vaccinated with a Complete Initial Series (completed the entire recommended initial series of vaccination (usually one or two doses) with an FDA- or WHO-authorized COVID-19 vaccine); or (2) they took a negative COVID-19 Test within one day (for antigen tests) or two days (for PCR tests) before entry into the facility.
NEGATIVE TESTS: SFDPH guidelines allow for proof of a negative test as an alternative to being up-to-date on vaccination. A negative COVID-19 test is only ACCEPTED with full name and administered by a provider matching your ID.
