The Atheist Film Festival is the world’s first and oldest film festival dedicated to showcasing cinema created especially for an audience that celebrates and encourages reason, critical thinking and freedom of inquiry both inside and outside of the movie theater. The 5th Annual Atheist Film Festival on September 14th features the WORLD PREMIERE of the documentary HUG AN ATHEIST, director Sylvia Broeckx’s look at the lives of everyday American atheists, and KUMARÉ, in which filmmaker Vikram Ghandi pretends to be a guru and builds a real following.
