Professional: Hilary Swanson is an Editor at HarperOne, an imprint of HarperCollins, where she focuses on feminism, alternative self-help, smart/edgy humor, social change and activism. Some of her books include Read & Riot by Nadya Tolokonnikova, BRAVE by Rose McGowan, How to Be Everything by Emilie Wapnick, #IMomSoHard by Kristin Hensley and Jen Smedley, and I Used to Be a Miserable F*ck by John Kim, The Angry Therapist. She studied publishing at Emerson College and previously worked in magazine publishing in New York.
