The Ancient Wine Guys (Dr. Dana DePietro, Dr. Jeff Pearson, and Ti Ngo) are thrilled to be partnering with professional chef Pietro Buttitta and his Prima Materia Winery to present an exciting and unique evening of food, wine, and storytelling. Through a guided tasting of 7 wines, we will be offering an introduction to the history of winemaking in the ancient Mediterranean world and the imprint of ancient viticultural practices on the modern world of wine. The wines will be accompanied by three courses of original culinary creations by Pietro.

S.H.A.R.E. is currently raising money to fund its third annual two-week conservation and dialogue project for Arab and Jewish youth in the seaside town of Jisr az-Zarqa, Israel. This program provides an opportunity for these young people to engage with the past, the present, and one another on their own terms. The 2019 program dates are July 12-26.
