About this Cooking Class:
That’s Amore! It’s time to celebrate San Valentino (aka Valentine’s Day weekend) and we love to bring together with food! Bring your “amore”, loved one whether significant other, family member, or your BFF and join the Parties That Cook team for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to prepare a beautiful menu of Italian-inspired recipes that will have you swooning!
We welcome your arrival at the Parties That Cook Kitchen with our antipasto platter of cheeses, salami, crackers and olives and a glass of Prosecco! This is a seated dining menu however everything you prepare will be served family-style at the table for everyone to enjoy together.
Please bring a bottle (or two) of wine to enjoy and share with the group. This is a BYOB event.

• Polpettini: Little Meatballs with Melted Fontina Centers
• Wild Mushroom Crostini with Teleme and Thyme
• Kale Caesar with Bacon Croutons
• Parmesan and Herb Crusted Filet Mignon with Red Wine Reduction
• Ricotta Gnudi with Tomato Brown Butter Sauce
• Chocolate-Raspberry Budino with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
