Thanksgiving Day Premium Buffet with Turkey, Crab and Prime Rib at Eve's Waterfront
On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22, Eve's Waterfront Restaurant in Oakland will be open from 12:00 to 6:00 PM (last seating at 4:00 PM) serving a $65.00 Premium Thanksgiving Buffet ($23.00 for children under 12 years of age) that will include carving stations of Herb Roasted Willie Bird Turkey with giblet gravy, Slow Roasted Prime Rib with natural jus and Pineapple Roasted Smoked Ham with honey mustard, plus there will be crab, smoked salmon, peel and eat shrimp, grilled salmon, housemade butternut squash ravioli, red wine braised short ribs with local forage wild mushrooms, candied yams, smoked Brussels sprouts, herbed stuffing, Blue Lake beans, mashed potatoes, burnt and glazed carrots with bourbon and brown sugar, housemade cranberry sauce with orange zest, pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, JJ’s mini creme brûlée/cheesecake/chocolate mousse, apple cobbler, apple pie and a complimentary glass of Thanksgiving Punch upon arrival (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available). Menu selections are subject to change based on availability and Executive Chef preference. All prices exclude tax and gratuity and, to better accommodate guests on the busy holiday, buffet seatings are limited to two hours.
