Thanksgiving Day Celebration at Sabio on Main in Pleasanton

On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, Sabio on Main in Pleasanton will have two seatings, the first from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. and the second from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., and will be serving a $59.00 four-course meal, plus there will be a $25.00 option for children. The first course will be Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with chestnut Chantilly and pumpkin seed oil followed by a Harvest Salad of mixed organic lettuces, poached pears, candied walnuts, pomegranate, goat cheese and Banyuls vinaigrette. The main course choices will be BN Ranch Heritage Turkey Roulade with cornbread stuffing, duchess sweet potatoes, braised kale, roasted turnips, a Parker House roll and roasted onion gravy or Coffee Crusted Prime Rib with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, charred broccoli and horseradish crème or Pan Roasted Skuna Bay Salmon, with caramelized Brussels sprouts, Meyer lemon fondue and Anson Mills grits. Dessert options will be Spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake with a pepita tuile, bourbon whip and lightly smoked caramel or Dark Chocolate Buckwheat Lava Cake with roasted banana anglaise and hazelnut crumble.
