On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, Sabio on Main in Pleasanton will have two seatings, the first from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. and the second from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., and will be serving a $59.00 four-course meal, plus there will be a $25.00 option for children. The first course will be Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with chestnut Chantilly and pumpkin seed oil followed by a Harvest Salad of mixed organic lettuces, poached pears, candied walnuts, pomegranate, goat cheese and Banyuls vinaigrette.
