On Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, LB Steak in Menlo Park is open noon to 8:00 PM serving a limited a la carte menu plus two holiday prix fixe four-course menus, one with turkey as the entrée for $50.50 per person and the other with rib roast as the entrée for $58.75. The turkey prix fixe will include Diestel Farms turkey with Brussels sprouts, chestnut stuffing and cranberry pear chutney, plus a first course of wild mushroom, artichoke and toasted cashew soup, a second course of Frog Hollow Farms pears, and a pumpkin pie dessert. The rib roast prix fixe will include herb crusted Greater Omaha standing rib roast with creamed spinach, buttermilk onion rings, fresh horseradish and au jus, plus the same first, second and dessert courses accompanying the turkey entrée. Both prix fixe menus will include whipped Yukon gold potatoes with bourbon gravy and all prix fixe menu items will also be offered on an a la carte basis. There will not be Happy Hour service that day. There will be a children’s menu available to those 12 years and under.
