On Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose is open noon to 8:00 PM serving a limited a la carte menu plus two holiday prix fixe four-course menus, one with turkey as the entree for $50.50 per person and the other with prime rib as the entree for $58.75. The turkey prix fixe will include free range turkey breast with turkey Andouille sausage stuffing, sweet potato casserole, orange and honey glazed carrots, roasted cranberry sauce and turkey giblet gravy, plus an hors d'oeuvre of smoked sturgeon and caviar profiterole, an appetizer choice of kale and carrot salad or Dungeness crab bisque, and three dessert options. The prime rib prix fixe will include slow roasted export bone-in prime rib with roasted onion and potato duchess, caramelized Brussels sprouts with roasted garlic and thyme, a warm cheddar biscuit and herb au jus, plus the same additional choices accompanying the turkey entree. There will be a children’s menu available to those 12 years and under. All prix fixe menu items will also be offered on an a la carte basis and there will not be Happy Hour service that day.
