Thanksgiving Day 2014 Dining at Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant
On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2014, Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant will be open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM serving a $46.00 three-course prix fixe menu ($19.00 for children under 12) offered all day with starter choices of kale salad with roasted wild mushrooms, charred cauliflower, pickled red onions, pine nuts and sherry thyme vinaigrette; or butternut squash soup with toasted pepitas, cinnamon crème fraîche and fried sage. Main course choices will be house-brined turkey with dark and white turkey, giblet gravy, whipped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, apple-pancetta stuffing and cranberry compote; Kentucky ham with sweet potatoes, peppered green beans, cider bourbon demi-glace; pan-roasted king salmon with caramelized leek and spinach pesto risotto, chili-garlic broccolini, brown butter sauce and fried capers; or pumpkin ravioli with wood-ear and shiitake mushrooms, spinach, sage cream and Grana Padano. A limited a la carte bar menu will also be available.
